Rep. Joe Barton wanted to know what you thought about the President’s recent executive action on immigration. He asked subscribers to his e-newsletter: Do you think President Obama’s use of an executive order to create a new immigration program without input from Congress is unconstitutional?

The Congressman released the results of the poll on Wednesday morning:

  • 72% - Yes
  • 25% - No
  • 3% - Not Sure/Undecided

Close to 1,900 people took part in the poll.
